Keyboard Letter

Just been typing away on my desktop computer with its keyboard and realised that the "forward slash" has disappeared. As has the "question mark" when I put that key on uppercase. Any ideas folks, please .... sorry can't put a question mark because it's disappeared!

many thanks, I suspect it's a case of some dirt in between the keys, so will give the keyboard a good clean. However, I should add that not that long before I discovered about the Forward Slash missing, the keyboard suddenly changed back to American English, but I've sorted that and it's okay now, back to UK english! It's usually a UK/US keyboard issue when keys start being wrong.
