Death In Paradise

I have recently been watching Death in Paradise on the Drama channel. I wasn't able to see every episode but the main characters were in an episode in London. Again, I missed a couple of episodes and the action was back on the island with Humphrey having been replaced. Florence, Dwayne and JP were still there but Drama now seems to have stopped showing the series. However, it began again on BBC earlier this week but Florence and Dwayne are no longer in it. Can anyone tell me what were their leaving stories?

Dwayne wasn't in the last series I think, did he reconcile with his father in London?
