Updating Google Chrome

I'm trying to check that I have the latest version of Chrome. Instructions say ' Open Google Chrome, click'More' button top right'. I can't see a More button. I expect I'm being very stupid (not for the first time, as some of you will testify). Has the layout changed since that advice was given (2018 I think).
Please don't tell me to ditch Chrome. I am used to it, and I like it.

Brilliant, Fibonacci, thank you. Yes, it is up to date, so it must be automatic. I will leave well alone (had been wondering about upgrading to W10 because of Microsoft's comments today, but my son who set up the computer for me tells me it will be OK as long as the browser is updated.
