I have three computers at home. Can I use the same Norton Antivirus disk that I got for one on all three or do they expect you to buy a new one for each computer?
Will it work if I use it on all three?

It should work on all 3 computers.I had Norton 2005 installed from the same disc on 2 laptops at the same time, and it worked fine, and even the auto security updates worked.I am not sure if the same goes for Norton 2006.
It will work, but you should buy 3 copies. You are pirating software by using it 3 times. (Assuming it is the home/personal edition)
You could just use AVG Free on your computer. Apart from it not breaking any laws, I and many others actually think it's better.
Seconded!
