this may amaze some of you tv experts but until last night i have never watched bb. but due to faulty recordiing equipment(i would say that wouldt i) i recorded bb live. what a load of garbage.sound was blanked out and nothing was happening . why was the sound blank at times and does anything ever happen?

It is not actually live. There is a slight delay to allow for the blanking out of sound. This is done for all sorts of reasons, principally legal, such as the housemates talking about people who they do not have permission or clearance to broadcast. And no, I don't think anything happens, but I don't watch it at all.

Dont watch it live! Tape the bb programme at 9, it shows you everything from the last day, so much better then live.
