I'm trying to source a toilet seat which I understand is a bit of an unusual one. the toilet doesn't appear to have any screwholes underneath - although it does on the top - and it's marked "Deca 1.6gpf".

I've taken some pictures:

The measurements are 14" wide, 16" long, and about 6" between the screw fastenings.

Any pointers very welcome!

The seat is fixed to the bowl by expanding rubber/plastic nuts.

Use the old fittings and see if they will fix to replacement seat.
That is one vintage WC you have there, horsey.

It's going to be a bit of trial & error finding a replacement.
You may be lucky. In which case, do what Sparkly has suggested, but you may have to take the old seat along to a Bathroom place for comparison.

If you're really, really lucky, the new seat and fittings may well line up.
I guess the shape means you may have to settle for a "near enough" fit.
