i know this should be in food and drink but thought id put it on here as more people come on here,well im doing a buffett for my sister inlaws dads funeral tomoz theres about 80 people coming im doing lots of different butties but was wondering if youve any ideas of how many trys do you think i should do,i now its a silly question but im not too sure only ever done one before but not fo this many cheers

do you meaN buffet and trays?
used to do a lot of this sort of stuff- used to reckon on 3 slices of bread per person- but funerals amazingly can make people very hungry- so if you make enough for 2 rounds each (4 slices of bread) and don't use too gooey fillings you can always freeze anything that gets left
