So I've never had a problem until now. I've received emails from this sender lots of times before and clicking on their links always took me to the relevant page. However, the last two emails that I've received redirect me .... one of the links took me to:
https://is-tracking-link-api-prod.appspot.com/api/v1/click/4823607672045568/5265116467560448

I'm using Chrome and I've tried opening the email using another browser - same problem.
I've forwarded the email to my missus - she has the same problem.
I've contacted the sender and they're adamant that everything is fine at their end and the problem must be at my end.

Anyone any ideas please??

You are right that it's a tracker that *should* automatically redirect to the intended website. I found a way to determine what the intended URL is... I entered the is-tracking-xxx url into this website: https://www.phishcheck.me/ and one of the tabs that comes up in the report is "Redirects" - there you can find the address you were meant to land on! Doesn't...

That link takes me to a website so the issue must be at your end. Have you tried a different browser?

That's weird cos I tried it on my phone earlier and I had the same problem.
I've just tried it on my phone now and it works okay.

..... strange ..... it's not working on my laptop or my phone - it worked on my phone yesterday.

Can someone please confirm whether the link works for them at the mo. I'm guessing it's an intermittent fault at the other end??
I have the same problem. Can't open certain people's links in the emails they send me when I used to be able to. I get the same error when I try the link on my phone as well as my laptop. I've tried searching for an answer. The only thing I found was that maybe it's a problem with infusionsoft autoresponder on the sender's end?

I really need to resolve this as I can't access the thing I signed up for with this person!
link works for me

//// link works for me ////

.... it works for me now, but it didn't initially ..... then it did .... then it didn't ..... *sigh* .......
Takes me to magic co workshop. Not a malware ad link thing is it ?
Some places you need to be the person who originated the link to have permission.
Other times the server or something may be temporarily out.

.... I can assure you that it's not :)

As far as I can work out, the link goes through a third party, which monitors how many clicks it gets (and possibly other data) and then gets directed to the intended website. Normally, it's seamless and you don't even notice that it's been directed; but something was wrong the other day and the original link ended up at a dead end at the link in my original post. It seems like it's working okay now though.

Doesn't solve the problem at the source, but at least there's a work-around when you already know the destination address is safe.
