I have stained all of my teeth with smoking for 20+ years.
I have now given up for 12 months on the 26th of August, (all for the love of a great woman) I still gag for a ciggy on occasions though but getting less and less.
Give it up mate, you can do it!!

I don't think it is the cigarette, it is the nature of smoke itself. I think you can see what smoke does when you look at smokers ceilings, smoked kippers, or burnt out buildings.
As said above, if you don't want yellow teeth and fingers and excruciatingly bad breath, then don't smoke. Remember, it's the cigarette that smokes, you are just the sucker on the end!

Octavius, your answer totally makes sense, and if i want my teeth to be really white, there's no way i can accomplish this if im smoking... So my question is this, are certain cigarettes less harmful than others just considering the smoke coming out of it, since smoke is the cause for bad teeth and bad breath. In that case i'd like to know the brands of these cigarettes.
