I read his book, he had a hard upbringing, living on a farm when he was unable to save the life of a lamb made him want to heal animals, not all vets agree with some of the things that he does, but having read about his early life I can understand why he does what he does. Thanks HiA. Yes it was the Dachshund that got me as well.
Yes Noel was in great debt a few years ago but I don't know that it is still the case. I googled it but all I could find was that he is now worth £200m. WHAT! Find that hard to believe.
I read it in his recent autobiography lb, he reckons he'll never be rich as he is in constant debt with the huge practice, but he just shrugs it off and gets on with doing what he loves best. I wish he was rich, he deserves to be. I always wish at the end of the programme when the owners are taking their 'whole again' dogs for walks and talking about the dogs, just one of them would thank him, on air, for what he's done to restore their beloved pet to them.
Is this the book HIA, released in 2018?https://www.whsmith.co.uk/products/listening-to-the-animals-becoming-the-supervet/noel-fitzpatrick/hardback/9781409183747.html
Gets good reviews, I might buy it. I hope his financial fortunes have improved by now. The costs of keeping the place open all day, every day, fully staffed with specialists are enormous I know. Good luck to him.

I love anyone who is this kind to animals, there is a lot of cruelty in the world of animals, read his book, it will open your eyes to who he is.
He has bought the rights to the National Pet Show which is held at the NEC and he does book signings - the queue was round the block! His big passion is trying to get animal and human medicine to work together to benefit both.
He's an actor too -and not a very good one, been in loads of TV shows though. Its said that Britney Spears song 'Toxic' was written about him and many vets do not agree with some of the things he does. I think he's a mediocre vet who is all 'show' and experiments on animals for his own glory.
