i have an interview today for a learning support job, does anyone have any advice or know of any questions i may be asked?? starting to get a bit worried now as i want and need this job!

Some of the most common questions include:
1. What can you bring to the company / job?
2. What are your strengths? (and sometimes they'll ask for weaknesses too, so be prepared)
3. Give me an example of when and how you've dealt with a tricky situation/customer/staff member.
4. �Why are you looking to leave your current position? (be careful that you are not critical of old company/boss as this doesn't go down well)
