My preferred email address is with msn.
Received emails have been quite happily going into either, Focused, Other or Junk as appropriate. That is until a couple of days ago.
There is one sender who now ends up in junk and most definitely doesn't belong there.
(I won't be coy, it's from the DWP - so doubt if they are now adding words which makes them be identified as junk)
Could someone kindly tell me how to get them back to where they belong as checking junk then marking it as not junk is more a nuisance than anything else really.
