I have a glass of white to finish the day.....sitting on the balcony watching the storm....and it was amazing how the temperature suddenly dropped as we sat there....today's heat has been too much.....

So glad we only have to toddle up the road in the morning to catch the train....no airports to contend with.....

AG.....Arm ma turned into a toucan......which is quite apt.....but I'd like it to go away....
Last year I was considering a small tattoo on my shoulder....just a little pint of Guinness.....thank god I didn't because the bloody toucan would be wrapped around it now.... :-(

Hi Gness yes we have been away in the caravan while we have had a new kitchen! Not very far away though as we needed to be coming back often to check on the workmen!! Finally came back to live at home yesterday and spent 7 hours today trying to cram all my trillions of boxed up stuff back in the new kitchen. Was assured I would have lots more storage but somehow I have 2 large containers of stuff left over and nowhere to put it Grrr! ........... they don't make kitchens like they used to 30 years ago!! ;)

I loved the pantry in my last old house, Ann......mostly as so much was at a level I could reach....x
