A hot girl sat next to me today but I didnt react much and my test levels are normal.Could it be that my hgh levels are low?I remember it being lower than average the last time I tested it.

Your testosterone levels are not uniform and vary from day to day and time to time as with all hormone levels.

It isn't necessarily an indication of low test if you are not beside yourself with lust everytime a hot qt enters your vicinity.
I doubt HGH will have any interaction with masculinity.

Either way if you're interested in raising your test a good way is to start lifting.
