I can't stand salad cream. Always loved mayo and Hellman's do a very convincing vegan may as well. I've given it to others in sandwiches and they haven't noticed its not the regular mayo.

Haha, Arky! I did make my own mayo once many years ago. It was lovely bt had no inclination to make it from scratch again.

I would've liked to have tried making homemade butter as well.

Like mayo but love salad cream. As long as neither are with any kind of boiled egg. I know a few people here who have salad cream on pizza, not sure whether it's a bit of a local/Northern thing.

Ha, we're much less North than you though, I have no idea if it's some kind of a local thing or not. Like eating cheese with Christmas cake (not something I've tried, don't like fruit cake and a waste of good cheese), never heard of anyone doing either until I moved up here but could just be coincidence.
