We know and that is why there are two threads on this one question - one over 4 pages long.

Your question as phrased though is ambiguous as it could include things like Nights in Malta by Pip Squeak (okay I made that up as an illustration but we did find a BOM by PS).
However if the title has to be in the form "M by PS" (which seemed to be the consensus) then we are all stumped unless the setter has misremembered a title or thinks Marguerite or Malibu are countries. Or maybe the setter knows some very obscure tracks. (This reminds me of the Mr And Mrs Troit book character answer that stumped) everyone here)
