Amazon were selling a mobile phone sanitizer for £90. Apparently now out of stock. Things are just getting silly now and some folk must have more money than sense IMO. Oh, it also sanitizes keys!

What about all the other surfaces/objects , one touches - are there sanitizers for those ?

The cheapest, simplest sanitizer is an alcohol spray...70% alcohol and 30% water.
I always have a largish amount of IPA (isopropyl alcohol)...invaluable for lots of jobs and easy to get/cheap online. That's what hand sanitizing gels contain...Over 60% IPA and inert carbomer gel.

In the 1980's or 1990's I can recall a company used to come round our office cleaning/sanitizing our 'phones, which obviously would be used by various members of staff. This practise seemed to fall by the wayside after a few years (probably thought of as an unnecessary expense !).

Perhaps it should be brought back in where company 'phones are used by more than one person.
