My little good news is, today I was able to do my River Seven walk 3 miles, after waiting a long while due to the floods. And to hear the birds singing for the first time was delightful. Tweet Tweet. :0)

Yes, our friend has undergone major surgery for bowel cancer today, he’s now sitting up in bed after eating 3 digestive biscuits and chatting happily to his wife after what was a 7 hour operation, we are thrilled here :0)
