Hello! I hope everyone is doing well. I'm posting after a long time. I was on vacations and I had a good time there. After a very long time, I took a break from work :)
My company has different services and one of them is document translation. So one person contacted me today and said "I want to translate my document" his message was not clear that which language translation is required. now I want to send me a short message and want to know which language translation is required? what is the professional way to ask this?
What I worte:
Hello abc,
What you like to tell us in which language you want to translate your document?
fatema, I'm puzzled as to how you managed to get whatever job it is you do when you have the problems with English that you often ask for help with on here. Are you working in the UK?
Brainiac, your puzzled! You want to visit some language schools in Spain. Many administrators and so called English teachers struggle with English every day!
Hello @brainiac I don't work in UK and I work in Cairo and my company has clients all over in the world. I really can't speak and write English and that's why I take help from here. I'm using answer bank for three years and people always help me whenever I need help from them :)
Greetings. What FoxLee writes will do, but my advice to anyone, whatever their first language, is to follow George Orwell’s rules. One of these is not to use a longer word when a shorter would do, another is if you can cut a word out, do so.
So FoxLee’s suggestion could read:
Please tell us what language you want us to translate your text into.
