Was wondering if it is known yet that those testing positive for and recovering from coronavirus are then immune to catching it again, or are they just as likely to be prone to catching it again?

// If that's the case why can't they extract anti bodies of those who've survived the virus and make a live vaccine?//
because the terms in the sentence above are inconsistent
extracting antibodies is a dead process and can never be live
the antibodies would make up a dead passive vaccine ( immune globulin) which by and large have had their day ( Hep B and all that)
