Trump over the last few weeks seems to be very confused / unstable, is it possible he may try to get in touch with Batman and Robin to see what they can do, POW! BAM! KA-POW! or set up a meeting with the Joker to help him with the next speech.

He actually said that an infected cruise ship moored off California shouldn’t dock because it would adversely affect the infection figures on the mainland.
