Coronavirus Refund
8 Answers
Boris said last night that people over 70 should not travel on cruise ships. Yesterday I received a part refund for my cruise, as we wanted to cancel before this news, and am waiting for a Future Cruise Certificate to use on a future cruise .. but as we are both over 70 are we entitled by law to a full refund now??

My sister and brother in law were booked to fly to Barbados this morning to pick up their cruise around the Caribbean, the foreign office had issued the statement about the over 70s shouldn’t go on a cruise, my brother in law is an asthmatic so they went to the desk looking for a TIU rep as P & O were using them, outcome, they came home devastated but with a glimmer of hope later today, They can defer the cruise to November 14th for £440 less than they’ve paid
November is still in hurricane season in the Caribbean. They've been fobbed off.
