I have a ticket for a show tonight.
The audience is 1200 (it’s sold out).
The ticket only cost £5.

Would you go, or stay at home ?

ah, that sounds like fun, I'd go, but probably in a full gimp suit.
Don't you always, jno ?

Ah Grom, so you get the opportunity to pass the virus on to them anyway. Good show.

I thought the same.

Toorak,
If you are near Huddersfield and want to go, I will gladly send you a pdf ticket.
not to BBC events, OG, they're usually black tie.
Unfortunately not :-(

Too bad because I love the show
Good for you Gromit, I've been to one of those recordings and its good fun. you'll enjoy it and you'll have plenty of spare seats around you for social distancing if youre mates are staying home!
//I have decided to go on my own. Girlfriend and friends not going, but meeting them in the pub afterwards.//
What makes them think that they'll be safer in the pub?

Maydup,
I have been several times before, and yes, it is great.
I can't believe you've got a girlfriend, gromit. Well done.
Slow down, spice, he hasn't given her any lethal viruses yet... x
Ah Huddersfield Town Hall, happy memories...
Messiah, Brighouse and Rastrick, Herb Alpert, Christine Mellor...
Have a super evening, Gromit. I would love to go with you, but Huddersfield is a bit far and I have not yet served Sunday lunch. (But it would get me out of the washing up ...)

It's far more likely to occur the other way around. People in pubs share glasses (which are not properly washed in a pub) and frequent visits to the toilet. "Social distancing" is not usually practical (unless you go to Wetherspoons and order your drinks by App). If I was going to abandon either (which I wouldn't) it would be the pub.
Have a good time Gromit, hopefully all will be well.
