5 people drinking one night. Two adults, 3 juveniles, everyone is intoxicated, juveniles get truck stuck in the mud. The adults decide to leave them there at the lake,(30 miles from home with no phone service.) An altercation takes place and the adults jeep is stolen. 2 of the juveniles are charged with 1st degree robbery. One boy is never mentioned or questioned. Another boy is dismissed as a juvenile and one boy is charged asi a youthful offender and goes to prison. The one who gets dismissed is the one that drove the jeep away and wrecked it. How can this be considered to be right or fair??

not enough information there.
This is a UK site so it is doubtful anyone can answer your question. However, the law is not designed to be fair to an individual but should adhere to the very strict laws and guidelines. That can appear to give an unfair result
Firstly you say 3 juveniles and then you mention 2 juveniles are charged, 1 is not questioned and another boy is dimissed as juvenile.... maths was never my strong point but that adds up to 4 boys...where did the extra come from?
I dont think Iunderstand any of this ma'am

I bet you are related to the one who is over-punished
I mean basically five men get drunk and wreck a car
and there is a court case
which is kinda what happens the world over
