I have just switched my tv on. I have sound on my tv. I turned sky on - no sound. it is not on mute and the volume control on the remote works. has anyone else had this problem please? Thanks.

Make sure your scart plug is pushed into its connection properly.I have had this problem occasionally and doing this sorts it out.
