Dizzy And Retching
16 Answers
I've woken up again feeling dizzy and this time retching. Had a bit of diarrhoea as well. This is how I felt last Wednesday but it seem worse today. I've been feeling OK-ish the last few days but its come back.
I can't eat anything and just drinking water. Don't know whether to take paracetamol or not.
I'm surprised I'm able to look at a screen and type tbh...the nausea comes and goes in waves. Do I call 111?

In the meantime my mum is bring me some ginger and will post through letter box. I've told her not to bring my dad and to clean keys, car door handle and steering wheel then wash hands before touching anything.

Just shows what scary times we are going through, under normal circumstances it would probably be suggested that you have a dose of norovirus (or similar), the symptoms are as you describe. I know that's about because work colleagues have been off with it. Hope you get some reassurance and feel better soon.
