Help, please. I am new to home delivery as I always like to get to the shops when I can.
I cannot get a delivery slot. Up until 7th April not available then no further options.
What happens next?

i can't get through by phone or email to sainsburys
to tell them i am housebound, as they have don't have me apparently being so, it's a total pain.
GILL, you're not asking any silly questions.

As I said before there are no slots available at Tesco if there were I would take it, obviously.
Sainsbury's are not accepting new customers at the moment.
Will just risk elderly time at Tesco and keep an eye on delivery slots.
Just more worrying with 7 local deaths.

Am ok foodwise for a couple of weeks so will just keep an eye on website for a slot.
Emmie, why do insist on informing Sainsbury’s you are ( vulnerable) . Any of us could do the same. I’m assuming you are unable to contact them because they maybe busy ?
keep you webpage open the whole time, because that is the only way i got one for monday last..

If folk have a medical condition making good them extremely vulnerable, they can register for additional help from to-day.

anne i am vulnerable because i can't walk far.
there are no local sainsburys close to me,
except a small local branch.
i am aware that they are busy, but i have been trying for 4 days..

Have done order and left it in basket and hope it stays there until I can get a slot.
