BCC means blind carbon copy so other individuals that receive the email will not know that you also sent a copy to anyone who was given a BCC.
When composing an email, just look for the CC/BCC field at the top. It is usually located right under or in close proximity to the To: field. To cc/bcc someone, just type their email in this field.
