Fine thanks emmie - but have been fuming about British Airways.

I know - I know - that they're having problems. But they're deliberately making it difficult to get flight refunds on line. Their web site gives the option of a full refund or a voucher for future travel but when you get further you only have the option of a voucher. Surely it takes just one person to sort their web site out? They cancelled our 29 April return from Malaysia a month ago, but were still scheduled to fly out this Friday, Two days ago we had an apology that they couldn't offer a full refreshment service because of coronavirus and yesterday we're told that the flight is now cancelled Rant over!

i don't mind the rant, its part of AB...

No fortunately, but my daughter-in-law is. That said, she's not proposing to return for a while yet as she had to fly out a couple of weeks ago to be with her sister who is still in intensive care following brain surgery. The poor girl, just 43, suffered a stroke. She lives with her aged mother and a father who has severe dementia. They have no other support. Sad times.
