I have an Acer lap top not used for over a year, tried to start it up and it keeps saying prepping auto repair then goes into a blue screen saying there a problems, then back to the auto repair screen etc etc
It’s doing my head in any easy to follow instructions please before the laptop and my husband is disposed off
