This is my worry, while we are both working from home we are snacking and making hot drinks with sugar during the day way more than we do when physically in the office at work. I'm not even taking the regular long walks to the smoking shelter :-)

Well it’s turning a tad wintry oop Norf teecee, I might need la blubber
It’s so easy to just put the kettle on a snack Prudie, I went in my computer unit drawer earlier and ther they were , an unopened bag of fudges, they were the holiday that didn’t happen .....so I’ve ate them :0(
I've lost weight, Bobbi......since the pubs closed down.....Guinness must have a few calories in it after all.... :-(
