Budgie Droppings

Hello, my budgie's droppings of late are runny and black. He seems in good health, very active. eating and drinking, etc.He comes out every day for a fly round. As a precaution I have removed his millet,just something I heard. Any suggestions would be appreciated.He is about a year old.

If he seems, healthy, I wouldn't worry. We kept budgies for years, in an aviary. And give him his millet back :-). If his demeanour doesn't seem right, then maybe ask your vet, but I wouldn't worry yet.

Stop fruit and veg for awhile, especially lettuce.
