Not sure what else I can do with these apart from marinate them and put them in a pitta bread. Does anyone else have any recipe suggestions please?

- Put inside a freezer bag or two sheets or relatively strong plastic, and give a good whack with a heavy frying pan.
- Put some fresh sage leaves and then some dry-cured ham such as Parma or Serrano on one side.
- Season with a mixture of flour, black pepper and - if you have some lying around - freshly ground fennel seed.
- Fry for a couple of minutes on both sides in plenty of butter, starting with the side with the sage and ham.
- Deglaze with white wine and a little cream.
Mince or process, add 1 tbsp ketchup per lb, 1 tbsp terriyaki sauces pr lb and 1 egg yolk. Squidge up together and sit in the fridge for about 1 hour. Make into 4 burgers (squeeze hard into a ball in your hands then flatten out gently) Sit back in fridge for about an hour then oil and cook in a barbecue or non stick pan Yumm
