Replacing Faulty Goods
I bought a new television just over a month ago and at first it was fine. However it is now displaying problems such as disconnecting from the internet and closing down every two hours despite having the auto timer turned off. I have been told that because I have had it more than a month my only option is to have it taken away for repair. Is this correct or am I within my rights to insist on a replacement?? Any constructive advice would be welcome . Thank you in advance
