It's from the Romeo and Juliet soundtrack and I think it's called Missing You and it's by Des'ree.....excellent tune but I could be wrong!!!!

It isnt missing you it is from the balcony scene and is on the second of two Romeo & Juliet soundtracks. The man who did this piece is called Craig Armstrong.
