We went for a nice long walk with the beastie, my daughter who’s recovering well from C19 told us to drop Lola off at theirs by pushing her through the letter box but we opted for leaving her in the porch for them :0)
We came out and her , her husband and our grandson gave us a family clap, it was lovely seeing her smile even if it was through a window pane

Seeing my beloved dog running around and barking her head of in play, having a whale of a time. Oh to be so carefree.

Ooh and I stepped on the scales earlier for the first time in a while and I've lost quite a bit more weight than I thought I had, that definitely made me smile :)

Glad it is good news about your daughter Bobbi.

I smiled when i was able to talk to friend via video, also when I popped out and the birds were singing.

What really gave me a warm feeling was getting an email from our local Nextdoor neighbour site.

A gentleman on there who has a plumbing and heating business, is offering to come out to the elderly and vulnerable in an emergency for free labour.

Husband’s birthday today and we should have been in a Welsh hotel.
Instead I made a picnic lunch and we took it to the allotment. Lunch, some weeding, preparing beds etc. Took our, fairly new to us, Labrador. Lots of smiles in the sunshine.
We’ll be watching One Man Two Guvnors later.

Me too, spice :-). I think today, the sun and the dogs just racing around playing in a field.

Kept it simple like jakep .. wedding aniversary .. took her out for lunch. Put in 2 rows of potatoes Tuna and sweetcorn sandwiches and a mug of tea. It got up to 90 farenheit in the polytunnel.
6 hours later we got home all sun burned .. happy days !
