Tesco Click And Collect Help Urgently Needed

I am due to collect my first ever 'click and collect' from Tesco and need to know what id, if any, I need to take.
I have scoured their site, my emails and my receipt but can't find the answer. The phone lines don't open until 10.
Does anyone know how it works?

I think you just take your receipt or order. That is what we do. They should have a sign showing you where to go

They usually ask you your name, but there should be a grocery order number on your email if they need proof of who you are.
