i am thinking about buying a flat abone a dry cleaning shop buy am worried about fumes, does anybody know if there is a danger?

Had this problem myself a few years ago in North London. There were bad fumes but they dealt with them by installing an extractor system which solved the problem.
Things should have moved on a bit since then. They should be dealing with any possible nuicence at source for the benefit of the staff. If there IS a problem they would have to deal with it in order to comply with current regulations.
