Dominic Raab's Nose

for a few days now ive been wonderin what he's done to his nose, i havent paid attention to him previously, so for all i know it might just be his face :)
anyone know?

I think it's the lighting but he does have a slight tilt

Not visible in other images, but it's almost like the scarring you get when a piercing is tipped out...

yeah we are seeing a lot of it = his nose
along with the rest of him
can't say it has moved me - his nose I mean
let along - - - wiped me out
