Virus survives on surfaces up to 72 hours
Living with infected person - self-isolate for 14 days
Infected - on recovery self-isolate for 7 days
Stay 2 meters from anyone else
... and so on.
Obviously some of these are a bit arbitrary (e.g. 72hours = 3 days) but today I read somewhere (link below) that virus survival in air is longer than originally thought.
My point is, how are these figures derived, and are they tested rigorously/scientifically ? Probably not, so they're just guesswork made to appear like wise advice because the Establishment don't want us to realise how in the dark they are.
