I'm off for my daily bike ride. What exercise have you done today?

Walking around Sainsburys and Iceland.

Four mile walk up in the hills above my village, going to go further tomorrow, explore new paths.

Walked the dog...one more shortie walk in about 20 minutes.

Nothing today, just exercise every other day. Did 40 mins walk yesterday.

A 2km walk to the nearest shop. Then the struggle back burdened with the weight of the drink I'd bought. Exercise aplenty for me.

Walked 2 1/4 miles. Done it 3 times this week. Probably do it again at weekend.

Took the dogs out for an hour. It was lovely. Have done some gardening and got a bit sunburnt.

Done my back in shifting a load of junk out the garage and workshop. If I can get out of bed tomorrow it's strictly R&R from now on. I have the tidiest garage and work shop as well as the cleanest showroom car in London. :-)
