Not a nurse, but a physiotherapist who works on Critical Care,although have done a couple of night shifts this week to help out as everyone is feeling the strain.

We do at the moment, it was all a bit of a farce initially because we had done a load of FIT testing for one particular sort of mask, then the government supplied us with something completely different, and FiT tests are only valid for the mask you test on, so we had to play a massive game of catch-up retesting everyone.

Sharon,as soon as that mask comes off it is the biggest sigh of relief going, a twelve and a half shift with that on is no joke

Well I must confess, I did have a a bottle of ale one afternoon last week and very nice it is too, my clients are often buying me a little something and it is often a bottle of beer or 4, I would rather they didnt but they love to do it to show their appreciation.
As for masks and gloves, they are doing my head in but I got to wear them, extremely uncomfortable after a few minutes, let alone a whole day!!
