We didn’t bother with the normal Sunday dinner, it’s not a normal Sunday ,we had Freezer Bingo, just chose something and ate it from the freezer , had a nice evening over a bottle of wine with the OH , now settling down to watch Belgravia

The present Mrs Hughes has done Easter Sunday roasts for her mum and brother, our youngest daughter and partner, two friends who started having their kitchen remodelled in January and have not had cooking facilities since then, and for us as well.

Wonderful - then she watched Murder On The Orient Express and I approached the end of a three-year project to get every danceable chart song for the last fifty years downloaded onto my laptop for my mobile disco.

Well I felt a bit crappy about 4pm, and the first thing one thinks about is, you no what, but have put it down to a big change in life style, lack of proper exercise, and out door activities, eating and drinking at different times than normal, going to bed very late, sleeping in late, and just general up side down of normal life. My rant over. :0(
