Nokia "Connecting People" Font?

I was wondering if anyone had or knew what the font on nokia.com that is used in the text "Connecting People" and also various other words and buttons?

I couldn't identify the exact font, but you may be able to.

take the image's url:

then put it into this site:
http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont

and it'll tell you what font it is. often works great!
