Maybe this has been talked about. Are their any homeless in the city centres

Then presumably Tony it will go to the local Foodbank and be given to those who can produce a voucher from a proffessionel to state that the person with the voucher is in need.

Theres a lot of mis-conceptions surrounding foodbanks.
People seem to think that its an unlimited suppy of free food for some. It isnt.

Salvation Army offer free cooked meals daily inside their hall.

Theres still people sleeping rough.

no one to beg off in the centres so a few have drifted - floated - around to the 'burbs

in my case - a mile or two up the oldham rd from the centre of Manchester

there used to a girl on Canal St Manch - working it in the evgs. Her teeth were too good for my liking (!)
and then a fren who was a soft touch said - - -
I saw her getting into a car on the high street !

oo-er - teeth too good and the grime looked smeared

Ok I was on about the beggars I used to see in London, some carrying a crutch home with them, others enjoying a cup of expensive coffee.

Have a walk around your town at night. Its not bloody difficult!

Some telltale signs maybe someone asleep in a bloody sleeping bag....
