Supanet driving me crazy!!!

I bought a Time computer about nine months ago and EVERY time i start it up this advert to subscribe to something called supanet comes up during the start up process. I have tried going onto it to see if there is a "no thanks" button but no, i have searched my computer to unistall it but it doesn't show up?
Can anyone help??????

On your Programs menu should be an option called Start Up.

This lists programs that start up automatically when the computer starts up.

Have a look on there and see if it looks like it is there.

If so you can delete it (right click and delete)
Have you got any spyware/adware software installed? If so update it, disconnect from your internet and do a search for spyware/adware.
Or i could help you on msn to solve this problem, or a chat room whatever suites you.
Supanet is/was Time computers standard ISP, its not spyware or anything to worry about, - an easy way to stop this popping up is to go into Start >Run and then type msconfig - then in the start up tab there "should" be a programme with the name supanet (or something resembling this) untick this box and it should not appear again.
oh, and don't even consider joing them - they're crap. I was with them for over a year.
