Reflect on the quote "Whoever does not learn from history is doomed to experience evil again" The Holocaust is not the first or last time genocide has been committed. Give other examples. Why is history repeating itself? What can we do to prevent it from happening again?

Genocide will happen again, and we can do nothing to prevent it happening. If the rulers of a nation see a need to eliminate 'opposition' to their rule, they will do all that they can to see to it that their rule continues. QED.
