80s film the harpy????

saw a film advertised on a morning show in the 80s,im sure it was called the harpy.all i remember is there was a shot of a winged creature in a forest flaping its wings wich were torn and tatered.ive checked everything i can and cant find anything about it and its been bugging me for years.its was around 86 to 88 when i saw it advertised.ive posted this before and somone said it might be q the winged serpant,but it isnt.please help me and put me out of my missery im starting to think im going mad!!!!!!!
