School Houses

Did anyone out there go to either Westlain Grammar School or Rutherford High School in the 60's?
If so do you remember the names of the houses? The subject came up in conversation and I can only remember (I think) two of each Arundel and Lewes and Norham and Dilston
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried googling? Schools often have societies run by former students who keep records of things like that. My old school does. It’s worth a try.

Mrs Mop, I just googled those schools. There are Facebook groups for both. I imagine you would get your answers there.

Have tried Google again but nothing comes up specifically for Rutherford High school for girls in the 1960's Have hopes for the Westlain info though

There is a page for Rutherford High School for girls (Newcastle area) on myhometown-schools.co.uk but it’s blocked to me by my antivirus thing so I can’t post a link.

Thank you everyone! I have now found the answer for one of the schools and am hoping that someone will get back to me with the other info I chose to put my query on this site as it would have been much more straightforward if an old pupil had seen my questions
