For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I think the 'glamorous garb' bit lends itself far more to Aintree than it does to Haydock. Try putting 'Aintree fashion' into Google and then doing the same for 'Haydock fashion'. There's a big difference in the results!
Further, the names of the two racecourses are 'Aintree' and 'Haydock Park', so the latter would have to be (7,4) if the setter was being accurate anyway.

Merseyside is a metropolitan county, Sedge47, but Lancashire is still a ceremonial one. There's a lot of confusion over English counties!
